A consequential promise needs more than a sentence. It needs source, condition, authority, owners, review, guest action, and staff action.

Why not just a better FAQ?

The hotel can have several systems without having several truths.

The House Record connects the objects behind the stay without flattening them into one giant hotel entity. It is an aggregate view across governed entities and sources, not a second PMS.
